The Micro Air NE-U22V is the smallest nebulizer available, yet this nebulizer has unsurpassed aerosol delivery necessary for respiratory patients to control chronic conditions.
The Nebulizer Micro Air NE-U22V features Vibrating Mesh Technology. This technology uses a low frequency vibration which ultimately produces a therapeutic, efficient, low velocity aerosol. Metered Dose Inhalers produce a "high velocity" aerosol delivery creating the need for "spacing devices" or certain inhalation techniques. Nebulizer Micro Air requires no spacing devices or inhalation techniques. This makes the Nebulizer Micro Air NE-U22V extremely suitable for smaller children and adults alike.
The efficiency of this nebulizer delivers medication to the last drop and can operate with small volumes as low as .5ml. Nebulizer Micro Air's low frequency requires less power consumption, allowing operation from two "AA" batteries and also reducing the weight to 6 ounces. Cleaning and disinfecting are made easy with this nebulizer because the medication bottle and mesh cap can be removed from the main unit.
Nebulizer Micro Air also features a continuous and manual mode. By pushing the button for a quick second you can have a continuous flow until the button is pushed again. Holding the button for 2 seconds will allow the nebulizer to work in the manual mode. Unit will nebulize only when the button is pushed, allowing the patient to inhale on demand.
